Fresh Air System...how it works.
The Fresh Air Control monitors the central HVAC system and activates the Fresh Air Damper and the central system fan when fresh air is needed in the home. The Fresh Air System ensures better temperature and humidity control by enhancing air circulation during and between heating/cooling cycles. The FAC knows when the central system fan operates and uses the normal operating cycles to supply fresh air without added energy use. During periods when the central system is not operating, the FAC activates the system fan, providing effective, efficient fresh air ventilation all year round.
