With 15 years of experience at Field Controls and certified as a licensed HVAC technician, John brings his expertise and abilities into the classroom. As Field’s product manager, John stays current on changes in the industry that influence Field products and initiates product changes and improvements. Whether the subject is draft, combustion, venting, or indoor air quality, John has the experience to give you the information you need and to answer your technical service questions. John explains how things are supposed to work, helps you plan your installation, and guides you through the simplest troubleshooting.

John has recently received his BPI Building Analyst Certification. This BPI Energy Auditor training course provides individuals with the knowledge necessary to provide homeowners an overview of energy consumption and options to save money by conserving energy. It is aligned with Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst Professional standards for energy auditing and provides instruction for energy efficiency analysis using the house-as-a-system approach.
