Patrick T. Holleran
President & CEO
As the President and CEO of Field Controls since 1994, Patrick directs the company in the development, production, promotion, and sale of its products and services. By establishing and executing consistent operating policies necessary for maintaining a successful organization, he guides the company in meeting its profit, growth, and return on investment goals and ensures that all company activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
After earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Georgetown University on a full academic scholarship, Patrick honed his selling skills by consistently exceeding sales goals for multiple companies in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. After serving as a Regional Sales Manager for a leading pharmaceutical company, Patrick became the V.P. of Marketing and Sales at Field Controls. For two years, he directed new product development, guided advertising, and implemented promotional programs to increase sales of new products and develop customer loyalty before becoming President and CEO.
Tony Schrank
Vice President of Engineering
At Field Controls, Tony is responsible for the design, development, and manufacturing of the current product line, as well as the development of the next generation product line. He directs the diverse staff to meet engineering, quality, and safety standards while responding to changing market conditions with innovative products.
Tony has more than 20 years of experience in the consumer products manufacturing industry. With a proven ability to manage multiple projects and people, Tony has directed engineering activities for several companies, aiding them in growth and profitability. Throughout his career, he has developed breakthrough ventilation products, trade secret technologies, and patented designs.
Bobby Nelson
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
At Field Controls, Bobby directs and plans all aspects of the company’s sales and marketing strategies, objectives, and initiatives. He is responsible for creating and executing the sales plan to fulfill growth objectives, maximize sales through effective territory management, and overseeing the marketing function by executing competitive strategies.
Bobby has over 20 years of global experience in the industrial, federal, and international manufacturing industries. After gaining experience in various engineering, operations, sales, and business development positions throughout Asia and the Middle East, Bobby moved back to the United States to manage sales departments for various multi-national companies. With a history of working for Fortune 500 companies, Bobby has utilized his market expertise to consistently and substantially increase bottom-line profitability.
Satko Mahmutefendic
Vice President of Manufacturing
At Field Controls, Satko oversees all manufacturing operations including planning, directing, and controlling production. He is responsible for coordinating the activities of manufacturing and material control, planning assembly and fabrication jobs, and maintaining efficient control of inventory while supporting the President and company business goals.
After serving as manager of the supply department at INCEL, a large state-owned manufacturing industry in Yugoslavia, Satko went on to to become the manager of its marketing department, supervising the sales and marketing divisions for the company. He worked for a private trade company as a market analyst in Sarajevo. With his extensive experience in marketing and supply management, Satko commands an expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Process Improvement.
Jeffrey Bramblet
Vice President of Finance
At Field Controls, Jeffrey directs the accounting department,manages the company’s budget, and develops and adheres to budgets for functional areas. As the VP of Finance, Jeff ensures that all corporate reporting responsibilities are met and that its accounting procedures conform to accepted accounting principles.
Jeffrey has had over 14 years of experience in operations, systems, and accounting. After spending four years in the military as an electronics technician, Jeffrey began working in the manufacturing and distributing industry. There, he headed the accounting department, managed international operations, and implemented quality improvements. Jeffrey combined his accounting and systems experience to improve business and help multiple manufacturing companies succeed within the industry.
Tim Begoske
Director of Training
With over 42 years of experience in the HVAC business, Tim has shown us that he is passionate about HVAC products and services. He has invested many years in sales, service and the installation of HVAC equipment, is a licensed residential builder in Michigan, has served as chairman of ANSI Z21.66, and currently serves on technical committees overseeing oil appliance standards. Well versed in the development and manufacture of HVAC products, Tim understands Field Controls products and enjoys sharing this knowledge with his students. This BPI Energy Auditor training course provides individuals with the knowledge necessary to provide homeowners an overview of energy consumption and options to save money by conserving energy. It is aligned with Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst Professional standards for energy auditing and provides instruction for energy efficiency analysis using the house-as-a-system approach.
John Cotton
Product Manager

With 15 years of experience at Field Controls and certified as a licensed HVAC technician, John brings his expertise and abilities into the classroom. As Field’s product manager, John stays current on changes in the industry that influence Field products and initiates product changes and improvements. Whether the subject is draft, combustion, venting, or indoor air quality, John has the experience to give you the information you need and to answer your technical service questions. John explains how things are supposed to work, helps you plan your installation, and guides you through the simplest troubleshooting.

Ed Reynolds
Director of Sales

As a senior member of the sales and marketing team at Field Controls, Ed manages the sales activities of the Wholesale business unit and works directly with customers and internal function staff to meet and exceed sales goals.
Ed began working in the sales industry over 20 years ago. Ed has directed the distribution, direct sales, marketing, and pricing strategy for multi-state regions, contributing consistent profit growth for many companies within the commercial and industrial markets. With his extensive corporate training, experience with managing national sales teams, and history of increasing profitability, he has a proven track record of leading successful sales departments.
Bobby Leggett
Regional Sales Manager
As the sales manager for the Southeastern United States, Bobby assists Field Controls in expanding its key markets in the area. Emphasizing the development of the company’s indoor air quality business, he leads the introduction of the new “Healthy Home System” to key distributor partners, contractors, and representative agencies. He also provides guidance and support to current distributors and representative selling teams as a manager and sales expert.
Bobby grew up in the HVAC industry; his family operates a HVAC contracting business. After graduating from the University of Northern Florida, Bobby entered the HVAC industry. After holding several senior marketing and sales positions with multiple professional distribution companies, Bobby acquired extensive knowledge of distribution management, contractor development, territory knowledge, and business development. With over 30 years of experience, his knowledge of the industry is boundless.
Eric Hokanson
Project Engineer
At Field Controls, Eric designs and develops new and existing HVAC electrical products and components. He also develops and implements performance test procedures to support product, quality, and agency assurance.
Eric has over 14 years of engineering experience. With his extensive knowledge of programming languages, proficiency in multiple softwares, and experience with electrical engineering, Eric is an expert hardware and software developer of digital thermostat controls. In addition to designing an energy efficient, digital, and programmable thermostat for commercial and residential applications, he has created software designed to reduce energy costs for Energy Star compliance.
Tommy Askew
Lean Manager
At Field Controls, Tommy directs process improvement strategies to achieve significant and sustained results to bottom-line profitability. Providing effective change management and leadership, he aims for operational excellence through continuous improvement.
Tommy has been managing production, materials, and project management in the manufacturing industry for over 19 years. Working with various companies, Tommy gained extensive expertise in meeting organization production and budget goals, developing improvement measures, and maintaining overall quality to improve performance and increase yield. With years of experience implementing “best practices” with regional manufacturing organizations, Tommy is an expert with all elements of Total Quality Management.
