With over 42 years of experience in the HVAC business, Tim has shown us that he is passionate about HVAC products and services. He has invested many years in sales, service, and the installation of HVAC equipment, is a licensed residential builder in Michigan, has served as chairman of ANSI Z21.66, and currently serves on technical committees overseeing oil appliance standards.

Tim has recently received his BPI Building Analyst Certification. This BPI Energy Auditor training course provides individuals with the knowledge necessary to provide homeowners an overview of energy consumption and options to save money by conserving energy. It is aligned with Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst Professional standards for energy auditing and provides instruction for energy efficiency analysis using the house-as-a-system approach.
