Limited Warranty Coverage

Field Controls offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty on the TRIO Plus Portable Air Purifier, valid from the original date of purchase.

This warranty guarantees that the TRIO Plus will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or office use. If a covered issue arises during the warranty period, Field Controls will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective unit or part at no cost to you.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Functional failures that occur under normal indoor conditions
  • Issues arising from standard residential or office use

What’s Not Covered

To ensure clarity, here are the conditions and items not covered under this warranty:

  • Consumables: Replacement of standard maintenance items such as filter, pre-filters, and UVC lamps
  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage resulting from accidents, physical abuse, negligence, or failure to follow operating instructions
  • Improper Installation: Units that were not installed, maintained, or operated in accordance with Field Controls guidelines
  • Unauthorized Repairs: Any service or modification not performed or approved by Field Controls
  • Environmental Factors: Damage due to exposure to weather or operation in environments not intended for this product
  • Wear and Tear: Cosmetic or mechanical wear from normal use, such as scratches or minor dents

Field Controls will cover shipping the unit to us for repair or replacement. However, a return shipping fee will apply when we send the repaired or replacement unit back to you. For assistance, contact Customer service at 252-522.3031

Warranty Claim Process

If you experience an issue with your TRIO Plus unit and believe it may be covered under warranty, follow these steps:

  1. Keep Your Proof of Purchase: Retain your original receipt or invoice to verify your purchase date.
  2. Contact the Seller: Start by contacting the company or retailer from which you purchased the unit. They will help you initiate the warranty process.
  3. Refunds: Refunds are only available through the retailer where you originally purchased the unit.
  4. Warranty Evaluation: Once your claim is reviewed, you may be asked to return the product or defective component. If the issue is confirmed as a warranty-covered defect, we’ll repair or replace the unit at no cost to you.
