Our Media Air Cleaners boast top-notch quality, featuring power-coated metal cabinets that are both durable and visually appealing. With our HeavySeal™ design, you’ll enjoy an airtight seal, ensuring no leakage around the filter or through the ductwork.

Our air filtering cabinets come with a choice of high-efficiency MERV 8 or MERV 11 media filters. These filters are designed with depth loading technology, capturing larger particles on the surface and trapping smaller ones deeper within the media.

What is MERV?

MERV stands for Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value,and it’s a rating system that tells you how well a filter performs when dealing with particles ranging from 0.3 to 10 microns. With a scale from 1 to 16, higher MERV ratings mean greater particle capture on each pass. For instance, a MERV 16 filter can snag over 95% of particles across the full size range.

Compliance

Rest assured, out Media Air Cleaner cabinets meets ANSI/ASHRAE 52.2 standards. It’s designed to fit snugly into your return air duct, just before your furnace and air handler. As air flows through your system, our media air cleaner works diligently to trap airborne particles within its filter media. Unlike conventional filter, our cabinets can capture up to 100 times more contaminants while maintaining efficiency and arrestance ratings that comply with ASHRAE standard 52.2.
