EvenAir Wired Thermostats

The EvenAir Whole House Comfort Control System works with your heating and cooling appliances to bring temperature balance to your home. EvenAir Wired Thermostats monitor the sleeping area and living area temperatures. The comfort control automatically adjusts the system airflow. Uniform air delivery balances temperatures for a comfortable home. EvenAir is not a zoning system. It offers 42 to 57 percent material savings over traditional zoning systems.

The EvenAir installation is simple. An EvenAir Wired Thermostats are installed where existing thermostat is located. A temperature sensor is installed in the sleeping area. Area Comfort Dampers that control the airflow to the sleeping area and living area are installed in the ductwork.

The EvenAir model T21 is a programmable wired thermostat with airflow control for gas/electric or heat pump equipment with 2H/1C or 1H/2C.

The EvenAir model T21WF is a programmable wired thermostat with airflow control for gas/electric or heat pump equipment with 2H/1C or 1H/2C, and Wi-Fi enabled.

EvenAir Comfort Control is not a zoning system. EvenAir controls heating, cooling and airflow to provide comfort in the living and sleeping areas. EvenAir offers a material savings over zoning system of 47 to 57% savings in purchased materials compared to traditional zoning systems.

EvenAir automatically controls heating, cooling and airflow in one- and two-story homes and provides upstairs and downstairs comfort in all seasons without a zoning system panel. EvenAir provides uniform comfort in the living and sleeping areas.

The EvenAir Comfort Control thermostat monitors the downstairs and upstairs temperatures and every 2 minutes, during a heating and cooling calls, compares the thermostat and the sensor temperatures and automatically adjusts the modulating dampers 2% so that more airflow is directed to the area that needs it for a uniformly comfortable home.
