Field Controls Supports Intern Program
(Kinston, NC) – Three students are spending their summer at Field Controls. Matthew Hinson, Justin Shimer, and Annabelle Heisley have joined Field Controls as summer interns. The internships were created to give upcoming young professionals in the community an opportunity to grow and gain real world experience in their areas of interest.
Hinson, a Kinston native, is a rising junior studying economics and Spanish at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia. He has joined the marketing and sales department at Field Controls.
Shimer, also of Kinston, is a rising sophomore at N.C. State University majoring in chemistry. Because of his background, he will assist in the engineering department.
Heisley is a rising high school senior at the Elgin Academy in Illinois and hopes to study finance in the future. This summer she will assist with the customer service, human resources, and marketing departments.
“Each of these interns is a wonderful addition to our team.” says Patrick Holleran, President of Field Controls. “They each have talents that will be readily used here at Field Controls and we are happy to have them this summer.” Each intern will work in their specialized field while gaining well-rounded skills for the market place.
