Update from Field Controls on Pandemic
Dear Valued Partner,
The pandemic is presenting unprecedented challenges for each of us, both personally and professionally. As circumstances and directions continue to change, Field Controls is aware of several state orders that direct non-essential businesses to cease activities. These orders also include an exception for Essential Businesses and Operations and encourages such entities to remain open.
Field Controls considers itself an Essential Business, supporting public health and safety by supplying components to manufacturers and distributors. Our products are critical to service heating systems, such as boilers and water heaters or they provide air and surface disinfection for indoor environments.
After careful deliberation, Field Controls will continue to operate at this time to support our customers.
While operating in these unprecedented times, Field Controls has implemented various measures, including:
- Cleaning of common areas in all facilities in accordance with CDC guidelines
- Limited access to our facilities by external visitors
- Social distancing as much as practicable
- Remote work and limited in-person meetings and travel
- Enhanced efforts to ensure that employees do not come to work sick
For our suppliers, we recognize that you play a key role in our ability to continue manufacturing to support our customers. We are committed to working with you to minimize any disruptions and to mitigate any possible issues.
